There's only three things you can work on to grow or build a business...
Everything you think you can work on is some variation of those three things.
1. Traffic - This is attention. Getting people to your website, offer, opt in page, etc.
2. Conversion - This is taking someone from a stranger to an engager.
3. Ascension - Taking people from where they are now to somewhere higher.
Within each of these three things there are different ways to implement strategies.

When it comes to Traffic, you have two options.
Free and Paid. There's a simple way to describe this. Free costs you time, paid costs you money.
Free - Reels, Tik Tok, blog posts, linked in, DMs, cold outreach, YouTube, referrals.
Paid - Ads. Straight up paying for people to get to a place you want them to get to.
When it comes to Conversions you have the same two options.
Free and Paid.
Free - You get a conversion that costs the user nothing but an email address. They're giving you an email address for something in return. It's a conversion, but we have no idea the future value of that person. They could be someone who never buys anything ever. They could be someone who buys all sorts of stuff.
Paid - They bought something or exchanged money in some way. Doesn't matter if they spent $1 or $1,000. The conversion involved money.
When it comes to Ascension you have two options.
Money - You get them to spend more money. They either buy more stuff, more expensive stuff, or recurring stuff.
Growth - You create some form of growth in their life. Insights, realizations, new ways of thinking, bonding through storytelling, etc.
Those are the ways you grow a business.
Underneath those three things is one final factor...
Lifestyle.
The way you run your business and the way you live. Running a business that can grow independent of you having to put in more time.
As I like to say, I build my businesses around my life, not my life around my businesses.

The founding members group will have their newsletters shipped out on January 21st. After that, each issue ships on the 15th of the month following your subscription.
U.S. orders ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).
International orders ship standard mail (3-6 weeks). But you'll get access to the audio version sooner than that.
